THE SPECIAL BENEFIT:

The Protector 6.03 protects your armatures from lime and corrosion, decreases effectively the limestone formations in pipes, at heat exchangers, immersion heaters and cooling systems. Valves, sanitary appliances, baths and armatures, kitchen and devices do not calcify any longer.

The Protector 2000 is a physical  water-treater of the newest generation, it works  with two capacitive  and an additional inductive coil. With this additive and the broad frequency response of 1800-15000Hz the lime-transformer achieves an incomparable high effect. Without cutting the pipes the Protector 6.03 can be easily mounted  with the provided rapid assemble set to the main pipe of your installation. Or just attach it to the wall. Very simple assembly, no installation costs, perpendicularly and horizontally mountable. It works at all pipe materials, even at plastic pipes. High life span of this product because of the newest technology with high-quality parts.

The capacitive as the inductive technique work  with frequencies of 1800-16100Hz, with 10Hz phase displacement. Both techniques cause a physical change of the lime molecules, thus the lime loses the ability to adhere as limestone in the pipes, at immersion heaters, heat exchangers, on tiles, armatures etc.. The lime remains in the state of suspension and is rinsed out with the water.  The changed structure of the lime crystals remain steady also in warm water,  at temperatures up to 97 degrees Celsius,  the lime remains in suspension and cannot adhere. The degradation of existing lime crusts in water pipes / solar and heat exchangers, is a procedure, which happens parallel to the actual lime protection. This effect is caused in the upper frequency range of 10.000 to 16.100Hz.

The Protector cares for better heat transfers, less energy and operating costs, no salt, no chemicals, no maintenance costs, less detergents, no pressure losses, optimal flow velocities. Lime which has already adhered is being removed and rinsed out, the pipes are protected from recalcifying. No lime deposits in pipes, no lime crusts at showers, in wash basins, toilets and armatures, will develop.

The protector 6.03 technology

The physical water treatment does not remove the lime from the water but it changes the molecular structure in the water. The chemical composition of the water remains the same. Lime and other minerals as well as trace elements will remain in the water. The taste and the positive characteristics of water will not change. The lime crystals lose their ability to adhere on surface so they will now flow as “suspended matter” in the water
Lime deposits of 5mm thikness on immersion heaters or heat exchangers  cause a loss of energy  of approx.. 30%. lime damage: washing machine, solar plants/boiler/heatings/pipes.

Assembly Instruction for protector 6.03
(Self Assembly)

·         The protector 6.03 can be assembled on all pipe materials up to 3 inches

·         The protector 6.03 should be assembled between the flow meter and the distributor

·         The protector 6.03 can be assembled horizontally or vertically

·         The electronic block can also be assembled directly at the

Determine the place of assembly and assemble the inductive coil in the middle, wind the cable around the pipe. The windings must lie closely together and firmly fixed on the pipe. Then assemble the two capacitive windings at the right and the left hand side of the inductive winding respectively. Fix the end of the cable at the pipe with a cable tie.

Beware: in the middle 1 x inductive; left and right  2 x capacitive

Wind the left (capacitive) winding clockwise from right to left

Wind the right (capacitive) winding anti-clockwise from left to right.

The middle (inductive) winding may be winded either way.

Assemble the assembly plate with the cable tier over the     middle (inductive) winding or at the wall.

Plug the two open capacitive ends of the windings in the right and the left side of the electronics block respectively, that is the blue plugs into the blue bushings.

Of the closed inductive winding plug one end in the left side and one end in the right side of the electronics block, that is the red plugs into the red bushings.

Connect the line cord at the upper right side of the electronic block, that is the black 12 V-plug of theline cord into the silver bushing.

Connect the line cord at the power socket. Now the device is completely assembled. The green control display in the electronics block on the upper right is shining and the green impulse display is blinking. The display says “Water treatment activated, impulses, 1,800 Hz, 2,900 Hz, etc. up to 16,100 Hz
